About

I build myself out of every task I touch.

I'm a founder-operator running a portfolio of vertical-AI products — AI "consultant" products aimed at real, high-consideration industries: senior living, marketing-attribution and ROI intelligence, and a shared agent platform underneath all of it. The actual craft isn't any one product. It's recursive automation toward pure judgment — solve a problem once, turn the solution into an agent, climb to the next abstraction, and never do that work by hand again.

Why I work this way

A very small team, plus a lot of agents, can build and run several real AI products at once — if the operation itself is engineered, not just the products. Every repeated task is a candidate for automation; every automation is a small piece of leverage that compounds into the next one. I'd rather turn my own operation into a machine that builds machines than scale by hiring my way through repetition. This site exists to show exactly how, with receipts, not slogans.

Building in public, on the way to freedom

I'm doing this in the open — what shipped, what a bet cost, what a misfire taught, honest movement toward the freedom that automation is supposed to buy back. Not every number gets published; which specifics to share is a real, case-by-case judgment call. But whatever I do share is real. Building in public only works on actual receipts.

The endgame is to teach

The freedom this is designed to build isn't an end in itself — it's runway toward the thing I actually want to spend more of my time on: teaching. AI for education is where I'm ultimately pointed, and it's already in motion at home, with my own kids. Everything on the vertical-AI side of the portfolio is, in part, the machine that funds and informs that next chapter.

What you'll find here

Long-form pieces on the method (recursive automation, agent orchestration, the exact agent that killed a repeated task), build-in-public retrospectives on the portfolio, and opinionated notes on what it actually takes to ship AI into a real industry instead of demoing it. No LinkedIn-cringe, no corporate-speak, no influencer boilerplate — just the work, written down.
